As the Product Owner Global Analytics at AkzoNobel, I play a pivotal role in shaping the company's data-driven decision-making processes. My primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and maintain a unified measurement framework that spans our vast network of over 700 domains and 74 brands. This work directly supports AkzoNobel's strategic goal of digital transformation and customer-centric growth.

Strategic Roadmap Development

  • Design and execute a scalable, impactful, and manageable measurement framework

Stakeholder Alignment and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with B2B and B2C business units, IT, Legal, and Marketing teams

Data Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure all data collection adheres to AkzoNobel's privacy guidelines and global regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
